1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at https://goldentouchremodeling.com, contacting us through our inquiry form, or engaging the services of Golden Touch Remodeling LLC ("Golden Touch Remodeling," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Golden Touch Remodeling LLC provides residential remodeling and construction services in SW Washington state, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, full home renovations, structural modifications, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), room additions, outdoor living spaces, and laundry room renovations.

All services are subject to availability and may require a signed contract prior to commencement of work. A written estimate and project agreement will be provided before any work begins.

Golden Touch Remodeling LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Washington. License Number: GOLDETR755JG.

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:

5. Estimates and Project Agreements

All estimates provided by Golden Touch Remodeling are good-faith approximations based on information available at the time of estimate preparation. Final project costs may vary due to:

• Changes in material costs or availability
• Unforeseen conditions discovered during demolition or construction
• Client-requested changes to scope or materials after estimate approval
• Permit requirements or code compliance modifications

Any scope changes will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work proceeds. Verbal authorizations for additional work are not binding.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual project contract. Typically, projects are structured with a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments tied to project milestones, and a final payment upon substantial completion. Failure to make timely payments may result in a work stoppage until payment is received.

Golden Touch Remodeling reserves the right to place a contractor's lien on your property in accordance with Washington State law (RCW Chapter 60.04) if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

7. Warranties

Golden Touch Remodeling warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or acts of nature
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by work performed by others after project completion
• Material defects covered under manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are separate from this workmanship warranty and are subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Golden Touch Remodeling LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Touch Remodeling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our website (as distinct from construction services governed by a signed contract) shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Touch Remodeling LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our website.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cowlitz County, Washington. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

For construction disputes, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any legal proceedings.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
